Usled kombinovanog delovanja većeg broja nepovoljnih faktora, pre svega kasnijeg ulaska u flotu pojedinih aviona koji su bili planirani, kao i kasnijeg izlaska sa radova nekoliko aviona zbog usporenog lanca snabdevanja rezervnih delova na globalnom nivou, pa do faznih kašnjenja usled velikih problema pojedinih aerodroma sa njihovim ljudstvom, nepovoljnih vremenskih uslova i posledičnog gubljenja slotova, Er Srbija je prinuđena da u narednom periodu reorganizuje i optimizuje saobraćaj u svojoj mreži destinacija.
Imajući u vidu navedene faktore, u predstojećim danima može doći do promene tipa aviona koji je planiran za let, odlaganja, pa i otkazivanja pojedinih letova. Ipak, nadležne službe srpske nacionalne avio-kompanije kontinuirano prilagođavaju saobraćaj postojećim resursima tako da bude što manje odstupanja i da se saobraćaj obavi što je moguće više u skladu sa planiranim redom letenja.
Er Srbija preduzima sve što je u njenoj moći da se saobraćaj normalizuje što je pre moguće i izvinjava se svim putnicima na koje su uticale ili će uticati eventualne promene tipa aviona ili odstupanja od planiranog reda letenja.
O eventualnim promenama u redu letenja pojedinih letova, putnici sa tih letova biće blagovremeno obavešteni putem i-mejl ili SMS poruka, odnosno preko svojih putničkih agenata, ukoliko su karte kupili od njih.

Optimization of the Air Serbia flight schedule in the coming days
Due to the combined effect of a number of unfavourable factors, above all the later entry into the service of certain aircraft that were planned, as well as the later entry in operations of several aircraft from the maintenance due to the slowed supply chain of spare parts at the global level, and to phase delays due to major problems of certain airports with their manpower, unfavourable weather conditions and consequent loss of slots, Air Serbia is forced to reorganize and optimize operations in its destinations network in the coming period.
Bearing in mind the aforementioned factors, in the coming days there may be a change in the type of aircraft that is planned for the flight, delays and even cancellations of certain flights. Nevertheless, the competent services of the Serbian national airline continuously adjust the operations to the existing resources so that there are as few disruptions as possible and that the operations are carried out in accordance with the planned flight schedule.
Air Serbia is doing everything in its power to normalize operations as soon as possible and apologizes to all passengers who were or will be affected by possible changes in the type of aircraft or deviations from the planned flight schedule.
